May Memories!

Since I've always said this blog is to basically document our life, I figure it's only right that there are very large gaps right now… b/c honestly, it captures the little free time that I have to be on the computer … and that the little time I have I'm trying to give myself a home pedicure rather than blog. That will change.. I hope :) But for now, here are a few updates to help us remember May of 2014.
*We attempt to get out now and then… Ahh… so wonderful to be together alone where we can finish a conversation! Sometimes we just sit and don't talk. Either way, it's awesome :)
*Myles and Wyatt were at the same school this year… so much fun. Myles would LOVE when he ran into Wyatt in the hallway.
*These two are always up to no good at my kitchen counter!
*Very fun school project for Henry - challenging for him but taught him how to break down his tasks and manage his time. He did a great job!
*Dear friends from church, Larry and Karen, who love the kiddos! We share dinner with them several times a year - always a treat for the kids -- and for us! They will bring photo albums from their African safaris and share stories about the animals and air force memories! Boys eat it up :)
*Reuben played soccer this spring! All the kids were excited about that!
*May was a fun month for me… lots of time spent with girlfriends… which reminds me I'm more than just a mom :) Close friends from church… we met at a movie! We were all trying to remember the last time we had seen one in the theatre!
*Life at least 3x's a day right now… busy and messy.
*Can't explain how fast she is growing… wearing one of Daddy's hats :)
*A wknd with my college roommates… unheard of! We haven't gotten together without hubbies/kids for 9 years! Very, very fun and extremely special time. Worth the 80K it cost me to get that bachelors!
*Whoa… and another day for girls… Beth and I ran the Dirty Dude Girl race :) I almost died, but we finished. It was a trail race - loads of fun!
*Myles teacher this year… he had an affection for her :) Very sweet.
